We have been matched with a child in Haiti!!!!!

I haven’t updated or posted anything on this blog until this last month. There has been much that has happened in our lives but not much has happened for our adoption in Haiti. SO, there hasn’t been much to write! But that has all changed!!! This past June (2020), we got the phone call that we weren’t sure we would ever get. We had finally been matched with a child to adopt in Haiti!!!!!!! I sat down and cried. It didn’t seem real. It had been six years since we had started this process and we couldn’t know when or if the call would come, so when it did we were completely surprised. It took a couple weeks before we would get the details. When we finally did, we found out we were matched with an 18 month old boy (who is now 2).
Over the coming weeks I will try to share the details of what has happened since June 2020. For now, just know that there are happenings again so there is a need for this blog again. It is the most central way that we can keep everyone informed and keep you in the prayer loop!
